Yaminah is a Single Mom, a Heart-Centered Transformational Coach, a #1 International Bestselling Author, Broker/Owner of a Real Estate Company, Real Estate Investor, Blogger and an Entrepreneur With Many Interests.  She began her career as a Fashion Designer.  She has been a costume designer, hosted an online radio show, co-produced and performed in a play based on her first book, and so much more.

Yaminah has a passion for sharing the power of Real Estate to generate passive income, so you can live life on your terms, while impacting the world intentionally, and, on purpose.

ISAIAH SEABERRY

A futurist entrepreneur. An instigator of movement. Isaiah owns and operates SHRIVERS GREEN INVESTING LLC whose portfolio boasts several businesses across asset classes from technological enterprises in the digital crypto currency space to a modest portfolio of real estate ventures. Isaiah is an active portfolio manager and stock trader, leveraging credit spread options strategies to generate income. Since 2019 (excluding the 2020 COVID year) the 3EC Fund has yielded above 11% returns. His management consulting company SEALIER specializes in identifying revenue generating opportunities in the government contracting arena as a prime and or sub-contractor with a focus on real estate solutions and digital video marketing productions services. BLKNDSTN FARMS is his bio diesel urban agriculture initiative which focuses on creating job producing enterprises in opportunity zones across the country. Isaiah is an active martial arts and yoga practitioner, who enjoys hiking, swimming, reading history, theology, and philosophy.
